At Cairo Company for Oil Extraction and Refining, we provide an integrated ecosystem ranging from receiving raw oils to final packaging and storage through the following sectors:

Refining Sector
Fully automated production capacity reaching up to 200 tons/day (65,000 tons annually) in collaboration with the global company “Myande”. Includes chemical and physical refining processes (degumming, neutralization, bleaching, dewaxing, and deodorization) for corn, sunflower, soybean, and palm oils.

Packaging Sector
Modern and advanced packaging lines utilizing technology from the Italian company “SIPA”, with a high speed reaching up to 20,000 bottles per hour. Includes stages of blowing, filling, controlling, and automatic carton palletizing.

Quality & Laboratory Sector
An advanced central laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art devices (such as the Lovibond automated color measurement device, moisture meters, refractometers, and UV spectrophotometers) for precise analysis and early detection of any deviations (Trend Analysis).

Storage Sector
A finished product warehouse equipped with a modern racking system with a storage capacity of up to 1,425 pallets (equivalent to 1,000 to 1,500 tons) to ensure product quality preservation and fast, smooth distribution.
